Please pre-register your player through the on line system before the first tryout.

If you want to pay at the rink before the first tryout, you can select "pay offline" at the payment option section of the program.

PYHA requires a $200.00 deposit on fees due at the beginning of the first tryout.

• Midget Majors/Minors - $625.00
• Bantam - $750.00
• Peewee - $750.00
• Squirt - $625.00
• Mite - $375.00

Note:  The USA Hockey fee of $30 and CAHA fee of $15 is separate from the PYHA registration fee quoted above.

If you are not using the on line registration, please print out the following registration documents after you register at USA Hockey and turn into the PYHA registration table before the first tryout skate.

USA Hockey/CAHA individual membership fees need to be paid and attached to the PYHA registration form. Please register on line with USA Hockey.

It is very simple and will save you and our registrar a lot of time and paperwork.

• In the right column of this website, there is a red box that says: Click here to become a USA Hockey member
• Choose member type ICE PLAYERS and COACHES
• Check the box I am currently 18 years of age or older and continue
• Select 2009-10 Season
• Select who you are registering for and continue
• Complete your information
• Confirm your information
• Type in your credit card information and select pay now $45.00 (this will be deducted from your fees)
• Print your confirmation page
• Bring to registration and tryouts
